Essential Hypnobirthing Group Course

A two hour introduction to hypnobirthing at Eden.

This is a group session and dates are limited to small intimate groups of no more than 3 couples. You are able to add a 3rd person for £25

Pregnancy 30 minute Back Massage

This is a 30 minute back massage for pregnant ladies. Can be relaxing or therapeutic depending on your needs. This treatment is especially good for lower back pain associated with pregnancy.

Pregnancy 30 minute Leg and Foot Massage

This is a 30 minute leg and foot massage. Legs and feet often become swollen during pregnancy and this draining massage can help reduce some of the tightness and swelling.

Pregnancy 45 minute Back Massage

This is a 45 minute back massage for pregnant ladies. Can be relaxing or therapeutic depending on your needs. This treatment is especially good for lower back pain associated with pregnancy.

Pregnancy Full Body Massage

This is a 75 minute full body relaxing massage for mums to be. Pampering mum to make her feel relaxed and special. (Can be adjusted to a therapeutic massage if required)

Pregnancy Luxury Full Body Massage

The ultimate treat for any pregnant lady. This is 1 hour 30 minutes of full body massage time also including face, scalp, hands and feet. (If you have particular areas you want worked this can be tailored to suit you)

Hypnobirthing

We offer private hypnobirthing courses for mum-to-be and her birthing partner. Our hypnobirthing courses usually last around 6 hours, which can be divided into three 2-hour sessions if preferred. Because we tailor these courses to you as an individual we first ask you to book a free 15 minute consultation and then we will schedule your sessions together.
